Headed by our digital project manager, the photo shoot was held in our office over two days. It featured an assortment of our employees, including our HR staff, graphic designers, web developers, and some of our writers.
The result? Amazingly real photos that show our fantastic team in action.

While this move may have been made to improve company branding and to boost client engagement, we cannot discount its effect on the featured employees.
HR Generalist Mellany Mercaida welcomes this idea as she said it would go a long way in boosting employee morale. She also said that the shoot made the employees feel their importance to the organization as its new faces.
Employees featured on the company’s online ads also express their excitement to be a part of this campaign.
“The shoot was a lot of fun and being featured on the company’s ad is a great experience because somehow, I got to represent the company. It’s really nice to be part of our team’s growth and of course, KDCI’s growth.” Rachelle Joy Santos, a KDCI content curator, said.
