Team Lead – Web and Graphic Design, Remote, Night Shift

Job Overview:

As a Team Leader at KDCI Outsourcing, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing a team of customer service representatives to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the day-to-day operations of your team, including performance monitoring, coaching, and development. You will work closely with other team leaders and managers to ensure that targets are met, processes are followed, and that the team operates efficiently within the guidelines of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of creative professionals, including graphic designers and other creatives to ensure they meet their performance targets.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture, providing regular feedback, coaching, and professional development opportunities.
• Track and analyze team performance metrics, ensuring that the team meets or exceeds key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, customer satisfaction, and quality of service.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding operational matters, ensuring their expectations are met and issues are resolved promptly.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and best practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that exceed their expectations.
• Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, challenges, and achievements to upper management.
• Ensure that all team activities comply with company policies, client requirements, and relevant regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a leadership role within a BPO environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in MS Office; basic knowledge of     any design tool is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex issues and resolve them effectively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
