Job Overview

As an SDR at KDCI Outsourcing, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base within the US technology marketplace. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads, setting up discovery meetings, and nurturing prospects through the sales funnel. This role is ideal for a self-driven individual with excellent communication skills, experience in B2B sales, and a deep understanding of the technology industry. You will be part of a dynamic, remote team focused on delivering results in a competitive market. We provide all necessary tools and training to help you succeed in the role.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Conduct outbound prospecting efforts through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn to identify and qualify potential clients in the US technology sector.
  • Qualify Leads: Assess prospect fit by understanding their business needs, challenges, and potential use of our technology solutions.
  • Set Meetings: Schedule discovery calls for senior sales representatives with qualified prospects.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline using our CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of prospecting activities and follow-ups.
  • Follow-up: Perform timely and professional follow-up with prospects to keep engagement high and move them further down the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with the onshore sales team to share insights, handoff leads and refine the overall prospecting strategy.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on prospective companies and key decision-makers to personalize outreach and identify new business opportunities.
  • Meet Weekly Sales Goals: Achieve targets related to outreach, meetings booked, and qualified leads generated.
  • Reporting: Provide weekly reports on KPIs such as number of calls made, emails sent, meetings scheduled, and pipeline growth.

 

Requirements

  • Experience working with US-based clients or in US markets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation, preferably in the technology     industry
  • Market Knowledge: Understanding of the US technology market, including key trends and challenges.
  • Sales Tools Proficiency: Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce,) and sales enablement tools (e.g., Seamless.AI, ZoomInfo) to manage outreach and track sales activities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate confidently with US-based prospects.
  • Prospecting Skills: Proven ability to generate leads through cold outreach, market research, and social selling techniques (LinkedIn).
  • Results-Oriented: Driven by hitting targets and achieving measurable results in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Cultural Awareness: Strong understanding of cultural nuances when prospecting into US markets, particularly in the B2B technology sector.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
  • Tech-Savvy: Strong interest in and understanding of technology solutions, such as IT infrastructure, data center, structured cabling, networking, wireless, AV, and staffing services.
