Job Overview

We are seeking highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our dynamic sales team. The SDRs will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead qualification. This role is ideal for driven individuals who are eager to learn and grow within the sales field, with the ultimate goal of contributing to the expansion of our client base.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients in target markets who could benefit from our outsourcing services.
  • Outbound Outreach: Engage in high-volume prospecting through research, phone calls, emails, and social media to create new business opportunities.
  • Qualify Leads: Assess the needs of potential clients, determine their fit with our services, and qualify them as viable leads for further engagement.
  • Schedule Appointments: Set up meetings, demos, or consultations between qualified leads and the senior sales team.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and progress in the CRM system.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to refine outreach strategies.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with the marketing, operations, and leadership teams to develop and execute effective outreach strategies and ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as the number of leads generated, conversion rates, and appointment setting.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales development, lead generation, or similar role, preferably within the outsourcing, BPO, or IT services industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools.
  • Ability to build rapport with prospects quickly and professionally.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Resilient, with the ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
  • Familiarity with the outsourcing industry and its key value propositions.
  • Highly self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Eager to learn and grow within a sales career.
  • Team player with a collaborative approach.
