KDCI Outsourcing is looking for Sales Development Representatives that will be responsible for going through the sales pipeline to reach out, prospect, and qualify leads. Sales Development Representatives are responsible to connect to as many leads as possible through different methods such as phone calls, email, social media messages, and LinkedIn connections. They are also responsible to do their due diligence to do market and/or individual prospect research.We offer a competitive compensation package, including base salary and commission, as well as opportunities for growth and advancement within the company. Responsibilities

  • Reach out to prospects via outbound calls, email, social, and other direct response channels with the goal of setting an appointment with the prospect for an account executive.
  • Effectively communicate the value of our services by showing a deep understanding of prospects’ business challenges and presenting the company as a compelling solution.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of company’s service offerings, and unique value propositions in contrast to our competitors.
  • Develop and maintain daily plans to maximize phone time, including pre-call planning and scheduling around time zones and ideal time frames to call prospects.
  • Maintain and update an accurate log of activity in the CRM, including the next steps on the follow-up strategy.
  • Collaborate with lead generation specialists and business development managers to develop better targeting, communication strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities.
  • Work with business development managers to nurture prospects that turn cold.
  • Provide lead quality feedback to help lead generation specialists improve their targeting and marketing personas.
  • Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional work experience in sales or lead generation with an emphasis on appointment setting
  • Outgoing, high-energy, and enjoys having engaging conversations
  • Proven ability to consistently meet or beat assigned goals
  • Experience in ECommerce is an advantage
  • Knowledge of HubSpot and other CRM platforms is an advantage but not required
  • Has strong attention to detail and has excellent organization skills
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including excellent listening skills
  • Must be able to act as a brand advocate for the company by sharing and highlighting positive experiences and sentiments on social media such as but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram
  • Must be willing to wear the company’s uniform during client calls, photo, and video shoots to maintain the professional and brand image
  • Must be able to adapt to the company’s hybrid work environment such as but not limited to having a stable internet connection, back-up, or an alternate location where you can work remotely
  • Must be amenable to work during US business hours
