Position Summary:
KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a dynamic Sales Account Manager (Business Development) to target industry-specific accounts, convert leads into sales, and build lasting client relationships. This role involves driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing accounts, and working with internal teams to offer tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Responsibilities:
Sales & Account Management:
Oversee lead generation, manage and nurture current accounts, and convert leads into sales. Develop relationships with clients to identify opportunities and exceed their expectations.
Client Consultation:
Conduct in-depth needs analysis with clients and create customized proposals based on their requirements.
Client Partnership:
Foster strong, long-term partnerships with clients, ensuring consistent communication and satisfaction. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their evolving business needs and offer continuous support, aiming for mutual growth.
Client Information & Awareness:
Keep client records up to date, monitor billing and accreditation processes, and ensure all client communications are clear and effective.
Reports Generation:
Prepare and generate reports on pipeline updates, sales funnels, and monthly/annual profit and loss metrics.
Organizational Alignment:
Collaborate with internal technical teams to define the scope of work and ensure successful project implementation.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
· At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the outsourcing services industry.
· Proven track record of sales achievements in a B2B environment.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
· Must be willing to work on US business hours.
