Job Overview:
We are looking for a relationship-driven and results-oriented Partnership Development Specialist to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will handle warm inbound leads generated through our marketing and sales channels. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients—scheduling and leading discovery calls, identifying their unique needs, presenting tailored BPO solutions, and guiding them through to contract signing. Your work will directly contribute to our growth by creating long-term, value-driven partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound sales inquiries and warm leads
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and provide relevant service recommendations
  • Engage prospects via email, phone, and virtual meetings to understand their business goals
  • Clearly and consultatively present KDCI’s BPO service offerings
  • Develop customized proposals and presentations based on specific client requirements
  • Manage the full sales process from inquiry to contract signing and ensure a smooth transition to the onboarding and operations team
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and current clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and client success teams to ensure consistent client experience and brand messaging
  • Keep CRM systems and internal tools updated with all lead activities, pipeline stages, and next steps

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or client engagement—preferably in the BPO or outsourcing industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to build rapport and trust
  • Skilled at identifying client pain points and proposing effective service-based solutions
  • Experience presenting to small and mid-sized business clients in a virtual setting
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple leads and follow-ups
  • Proficient in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, email marketing platforms)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in professional services, outsourcing, or customer support solutions
  • Familiarity working with international clients, particularly in the U.S., Canada, Australia, or Europe
  • Knowledge of service-level agreements (SLAs), contracts, and B2B sales cycles
