The Ads Specialist will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns for our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid search platforms. This individual will work closely with our clients to understand their business goals and objectives and develop effective PPC strategies to help them achieve those goals.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deliver paid media campaigns across various channels such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok ads
Design and execute ROI-focused targeted ad campaigns
Analyze trends and targeting options for paid media campaigns
Monitor performance of paid campaigns and provide regular weekly reports on relevant KPIs and metrics
Conduct A/B tests and ensure optimal campaign performance
Set-up conversion tracking, re-targeting pixels, events, and other triggers
Maintains knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies
Hands-on knowledge and implementation of SEO (bonus)
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience with end to end paid media strategy and execution
Proficient in deriving insights from data, fluent in slicing/dicing data
Familiarity running ads on platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok
Setting-up Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console
Generating weekly performance campaign reports on ad spends, KPIs, and ROIs
Digital or paid media certifications (bonus)
