Multimedia Designer, Hybrid, Night Shift

Job Overview

KDCI Outsourcing is seeking an experienced and creative Multimedia Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual design, video production, and web development. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Create visually stunning and engaging designs for video content across various platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Manipulate and edit video footage to deliver polished, high-quality outputs that align with project objectives.
• Trim footage segments and craft seamless video sequences to enhance storytelling.
• Incorporate music, dialogue, graphics, motion elements, and special effects to elevate the visual appeal of videos.
• Ensure logical sequencing and a smooth flow throughout all video content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute innovative video and motion graphic solutions.
• Continuously research and implement new video editing techniques, software, and industry best practices to optimize quality and efficiency.
• Work closely with clients to understand their creative vision and deliver impactful, on-brand content within deadlines.
• Maintain and organize a library of assets, including video footage, templates, and motion graphics.

Requirements

• Degree in Advertising, Design, or its equivalent; minimum of BS degree (preferably in Multimedia design/Fine Arts or related studies).
• 3+ years of experience in multimedia design, specifically in an outsourcing or agency setting.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills across multiple mediums.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects).
• Video editing and motion graphics skills are a plus, expertise in print ads and collateral designs
• Strong capability to extend creative assets across various platforms and devices.
• Well-versed in other creative mediums that could support design and photography.
• Highly functioning within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working with international clients is a plus.
• Amenable to work in Hybrid work set up.
• Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
