Job Description
The Head of Creative Services for KDCI Outsourcing is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving the creative vision and direction of the company and overseeing the development and execution of high-quality, innovative design and marketing solutions for our clients.
This position is a hybrid remote and on-site role, and the successful candidate will be skilled at managing and coordinating the scheduling of on-site and remote work to ensure that all team members are able to complete their tasks and meet project deadlines.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of designers, writers, and other creative professionals, both remotely and on-site
Develop and implement a creative strategy that aligns with the overall business goals and objectives of KDCI Outsourcing
Oversee the development and execution of creative campaigns and projects for clients, including concept development, design, copywriting, and production
Work with clients to understand their needs and develop creative solutions that meet their goals and objectives
Collaborate with the sales and account management teams to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals and pitches
Develop and maintain relationships with external creative partners and vendors
Ensure that all creative work is of the highest quality and meets brand guidelines
Provide mentorship and career development support to team members, including setting performance goals and providing ongoing feedback and coaching
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design and marketing
Manage and coordinate the scheduling of on-site and remote work to ensure that all team members can complete their tasks and meet project deadlines, including establishing clear communication protocols and expectations for remote work and providing guidance and support to team members as they adjust to a hybrid work environment
Ensure that team members have the necessary resources and technology to work effectively from home or any other remote location
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in design, marketing, or a related field
A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a creative leadership role, with a proven track record of managing and mentoring a team of creative professionals
Strong portfolio of work demonstrating creative direction and project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and concepts to clients and team members
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools
Experience with branding and brand guidelines development is a plus
Experience managing remote teams and facilitating effective communication and collaboration in a hybrid work environment
