Digital Project Manager (Hybrid) - Open to Davao-based applicants

Job Description

The Digital Project Manager will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects on time,within scope and within budget.The role requires a combination of technical and business acumen, as well as strongleadership and communication skills. The Digital Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, includingproduct managers, designers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets and monitor progress.
• Lead project teams and ensure deliverables are met on time and within scope.
• Work with 3rd party companies in processing digital & print projects
• Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement digital projects.
• Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
• Identifies risks, threats, or opportunities that could impact the success of the project, notifying the team and escalating issues when appropriate.
• Oversee deviations in project scope and desired deliverables, initiating change requests as needed by the supervisors.
• Time tracking of resources, Monitor and report on Google Analytics metrics
• Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.
• Ability to scope and manage multiple projects at a time.

Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or any related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in digital project management
• Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of web and mobile technologies
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, or Trello
• Knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks
• Willing to work on shifting work schedule (Day, Mid and Night).
• Candidate must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig
