Job Overview


KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative and Talent Liaison & US Recruiter to support our recruitment efforts and administrative functions. This dual-role position involves sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent for US-based clients, while also serving as a key liaison for administrative and talent coordination tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in US Recruitment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage job postings, resume searches, and candidate outreach.
  • Upload resumes and update job posts in Bullhorn.
  • Schedule and conduct pre-screens and interviews.
  • Assist contractors throughout the hiring process.
  • Update contracts, client information, and employee records.
  • Create and manage forms, processes, and reference documents.
  • Schedule meetings, send reminders, and check timesheets.
  • Upload files to Bullhorn and SharePoint.
  • Manage social media, LinkedIn connections, and Twitter engagement.
  • Update conference lists and provide event support.
  • Process employee recognition gifts.
  • Maintain process manuals and ensure compliance with hiring laws.
  • Monitor school district job postings and update client lists.
  • Process reimbursements and invoices.

 

 Requirements

  • Bachelor’sdegree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a relatedfield is a plus.
  • 2+years of experience in US talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, and administrative tasks.
  • Proficient in sourcing tools such as RingCentral, Vensure, Bullhorn, ZipRecruiter, BOSS(Back Office Support Solution Portal), Avionte, Handshake, Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Adobe, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Word, Canva, and Cardsnack.com.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills.
