Job Description

KDCI Outsourcing is in the business of providing design, development, back-office, and related services. We are engaged mostly with US and European clients and are involved in various cutting-edge e-commerce projects. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for providing support to the acquisition process through pre and post-hire activities. You will also facilitate logistical and recruitment activities to service particular client programs or teams.


  • Develop and implement recruiting plans and strategies designed to fulfill company staffing needs.
  • Responsible for leading the staffing efforts of a company and building a strong workforce that adds to the company’s bottom line.
  • Source potential candidates through online platforms (e.g. social media channels, job fairs and recruitment events, and other professional networks).
  • Determine selection criteria.
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System.
  • Maintains all employees’ medical and other similar records.
  • Provides first-aid treatments and medications for employees as needed.
  • Conducts regular inventory of medicines and medical supplies.
  • Other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior.


  • Degree in Psychology, HR or any related field is a plus.
  • Must have deep understanding of the organization and its staffing needs.
  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, fluency in English is essential.
  • Adept at understanding where and how to locate candidates.
  • Knowledgeable in using MS Office, CRMs and other systems necessary.
  • Must be able to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner, and skillfully gather and analyze information.
  • Dependable knows how to prioritize, organized and accurate.
  • Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
