Job Description

KDCI Outsourcing is in the business of providing design, development, back-office, and related services. We are involved in various cutting-edge e-commerce projects. With our various web projects, we are in need of a Systems Administrator who will be responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation and maintenance of systems hardware and software.


  • Installs, maintains and upgrades internal computer hardware and software systems used for designing and developing company products.
  • Control user access and passwords.
  • Proposes and implements system enhancements that will improve the reliability and performance of the system.
  • Monitors usage and performance.
  • Train personnel on system usage.
  • Troubleshoots server, software and hardware issues.
  • Assists with recommending, scheduling and implementing system hardware and/or software upgrades or repairs.
  • Researches, evaluate, and recommend software and hardware products. Supports Web access and electronic messaging services and maintains a secure systems environment.
  • Provides new hardware specifications to users based on application needs and anticipated growth.
  • Other related duties assigned as needed.


  • Must be a graduate of any IT/Engineering related courses.
  • At least 2 or 3 years of related experience with a background in IT operations.
  • Must have advanced knowledge of iOS, Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Must have a background on IT process system.
  • Knowledgeable on database system platforms (MYSQL and MS SQL).
  • Knowledgeable on other Microsoft products(Sharepoint/0365/Exchange).
  • Knowledge in mac OS X products is a plus.
  • Must have advanced knowledge on the DELL/HP/IBM hardware system.
  • Good interpersonal skills/communication skills.
  • A flexible, collaborative and pro-active individual.
  • An individual that can work under pressure.
  • Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
